Property Evaluation
We provide our Clients with a thorough property evaluation using financial, engineering and geologic data. The critical path to accurate presentation begins with a reconciliation of the Client’s financial statements and field level lease operating statements. Building on this data, PDS will generate the Commercial Analysis, the basis for the projected engineered cashflows and reserve assessments.
We will analyze all geological data to identify and validate the property upside potential. Volumetric calculations, well logs, pressure data, and cumulative productions all combine to form an engineering valuation that will be incorporated into the reserve assessment.
Sale Process
We coordinate and organize important data needed to properly market the properties to potential buyers. We prepare a Marketing Teaser that presents a high-level, non-confidential summary of the project, identifying value components. This is available digitally on our proprietary marketing platform and is the basis for the marketing process.
An important asset is our list of industry contacts generated over 35 years. We use a very direct approach to buyers that we believe have a need for specific assets. We understand that a transaction involves two parties to close and our oil and gas network is deep so identifying the mutual motives in a buyer/seller relationship is our main priority.
Closing Support
Our process is based on data protection and Client confidentiality. We assist in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, assignment negotiations and assist, if needed, in the closing process. Follow up tasks include coordinating the buyer and the Clients execution of the Assignment and Bill of Sale, recording the documents and providing the recording information.
